1. Order Processing

Orders are processed on all business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding national holidays and other notified holidays.
Orders received before 2:00 PM (IST) are generally processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional campaigns, festive seasons, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

Currently, SIDDH AUSHADHI ships products across India.

International shipping is presently not available. If international shipping is introduced in the future, the Shipping Policy will be updated accordingly.

3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

The above timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

From time to time, we may offer:

Any such offers will be clearly mentioned on our website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if applicable).

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make up to three delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

Wrong contact number
Customer unavailable
Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us. Any additional shipping charges for re-dispatch may be borne by the customer.

SIDDH AUSHADHI shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

8. Packaging

All products are packed using appropriate packaging materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Customers are advised to inspect the package upon delivery.

If the outer package appears tampered with or significantly damaged, customers should either refuse delivery or immediately report the issue to us with photographs.

9. Damaged or Missing Products

please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support and providing:

Photographs of the package and product
Description of the issue

Claims reported after 48 hours may not be accepted.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

Delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Heavy rainfall

Government restrictions
Strikes
Pandemic-related disruptions
Courier operational issues

In such cases, we shall make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed but shall not be liable for delays.

11. Undeliverable Shipments

Refusal to accept delivery

may be cancelled or re-shipped after payment of applicable shipping charges.

12. Medicines and Health Products

As our products include Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products:

Customers should carefully read the product information before use.
Products should be stored according to the storage instructions mentioned on the packaging.
Delivery timelines do not affect the efficacy of products when transported under normal conditions.

13. Change of Shipping Address

Shipping addresses may be modified only before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address generally cannot be changed.
